Out of the blue

Into the red

Just right now

You froze in bed

Empty hands

Blank expression

Feeling lost

Like depression

Cannot move

Unseen force

Brain’s command

Lost it’s course

Petrified

On your back

This feels just like

A heart attack

Heavy chest

Air compressed

In a coffin

Laid to rest

What is this?

Immobilized

Suddenly

Teary eyes

Serious pressure

Crushing fist

Envelopes 

Stamps persist

All the view

Is the same

Paralyzed

You remain

In a moment

Suddenly

All you had

Thrown to sea

You can swim

But now your drowning

Panic attacks

Your smile now frowning

To feel expression

On your face

To match the heart

This is grace

When you fear

You cannot do

This is your mind

Telling you

Were you warned

Does it matter

What right now

Can you do better

Close your eyes

It’s not dark

Deep inhale

From core to heart

Like the breeze

In the air

It takes some time

To get there

Nerves that rattle

They need soothing

Equal breathing 

Is improving

For calm to find

Your heart’s domain

Control your breath

It heals pain

There is a process

Thought’s vacation

Belief and trust

Convocation 

After this 

To stay strong

Remember breath

And keep it long
