If you’re not ok 
And need to hear
Something to help
And give you cheer


If you feel sad
Inside of you
Those around you
Will feel this too


If you are anxious
And need to feel calm
Just close your eyes
You are not wrong


If you are worried
And feeling stressed
Those thoughts are not real
Replace with the blessed


If you are comparing
To everyone else
Then you are ignoring
The one inside self


If you are crying
And can’t seem to stop
Let them all out
Every last drop


If you are inside
And afraid to go out
Know you are safe
Some live without


If you are bored
It’s time to explore
Honest to God
There’s so much more


If you are reflecting
Think of the good
Don’t over indulge
Rumination can flood


There you go
Now you have it
Pat your back
Lift your spirit


We are all here
Together in love
It’s better to think 
All of the above


So cheer for the good
Crush the what if’s
The ones that upset you 
Do not believe this


What if I were,
To tell you right now
The life you are in 
Really is wow


If every day
You just do your best
Then every night
You will have a good rest!‼️
