In the tank of isolation
There will be much frustration
Tears of anguish and of fear
This 2020 has made it clear

How to handle what is new
People need to see the view
More than ever, here we must
Behave in love and do trust

The tempting price to pay
If in this you disobey
Biology and Security
Together is priority

There is no one excuse
To ignore bio abuse
Cyber time has multiplied
Wiping tears we have cried

Inhalations behind masks
Questions all the children ask
If we carry we don’t know
If we have, it will show

Exhalations and their words
Have hit me really hard
And yet I carry on each day
Understanding their discard

From our homes we must recover
This is the law above all other
Some alone and those with many
I want a hug and can’t have any

And yet I have also seen
A Beautiful parading
So many have stepped up
Circumstances are unyielding

The time it takes to help
When handing out our gestures
That feeling that you get
When love you give to others

From within our homes
We fly across the miles
My heart outweighs my grief
I still believe in smiles
