There’s so much talk of feeling down
So many words to charge your frown 
Advice and books, consulting too 
But no one thinks just like you

It’s in your head this is true 
As you read you know this too 
You command yourself to think
And it’s ok to often sink

There are more answers than one question
Some need more than one position 
As long as you know you are the driver 
Life’s little lessons will be less harder

All steps we take in all directions
So many hands, congratulations!
But when it’s needed every hour
There’s just no rush to grow a flower

Let your roots become your focus 
Deep down inside where no one knows us 
Reside within your inner beauty 
When you look up, you’ll see your duty

People in the pain conviction
Do not live in science fiction
Nurture times when you are blue
When you look up, life does too
