When to argue
Is your choice
Chose your battle
Use your voice

Breathe in deep
And very slow
Count to Ten
And then let go

Look inside
And see your part
You know within
Deep in your heart

We know ourselves
What we have done
Once it’s said
Can’t be undone

What makes you mad
Is your demise
Try to see
From other’s eyes

No one is right
And all are wrong
One sided tunes
Have all been sung

What we master
Is our view
From all the sides
And others too

When we are clear
And focused too
We see the love
What it can do

There are the times
You have to choose
Battle hard
And fight abuse

It is wrong
In any form
You’re not allowed
To self deform

There’s no remorse
When you just see
You owe yourself
This dignity
