Where difference lies

Similarities exist

To lie is wrong

And truth is a risk

We all have a bank

Of emotions inside

How we withdraw

Alters the ride

Some feel the same

And many we fear

We can’t always explain

And yet we hold dear

What attracts must be

And not always good

Often we judge

And misunderstood

When you know how to spend

And faithfully save

Some debts owed to you

Become ones where you gave

With so much ahead

And all the commotion

Sometimes it takes

A little devotion

To understand

And feel the full force

It only makes sense

To love of course

When you do this

And with a pure heart

Everything changes

When you do your part

We need to explore

Live through the pain

Learn to feel good

Again and again

To search far and wide

Is our daily quest

Give it your all

And do your best

At the end of the day

When you put down your pen

Whatever was written

May change again

At the end of the journey

Your suitcase will close

It’s time to rest

No need for clothes

No one can see

Or sit in your chair

It’s really just yours

And all you can bear
